Delivery

All items are shipped as standard via Royal Mail second class delivery.
UK delivery:
Orders will incur a £2.50 delivery charge.

We also offer a first class delivery option for a flat rate of £3.50.

International Delivery

We are not currently delivering internationally but this is set to change in the new year – stay tuned.

Returns

We hope you love your Crème de la Crown order!

However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order up to 14 calendar days from the day you receive it. You must return the item(s) as received i.e. new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in its original packaging.

Please keep proof of return postage as they will be returned at your risk. A full product refund will be made within 14 calendar days after returning the goods. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items are:

• Personalised and made to order items (custom-made with your choice of name, message or other requirement unique to you and cannot be otherwise sold)
• Items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) where broken
• Earrings
• Perishable items

Items that are non-returnable will be shown on the product page, please check prior to placing an order to avoid disappointment.

A refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods directly via your original payment method.
